Seeking Investor mentors

LaSha Williams
Posted

My name is LaSha , and I’m new to the world of real estate investing. I’ve recently started learning about the industry and am eager to take the next steps in building my knowledge and portfolio. I’m particularly interested in fix-and-flip and I’m actively looking for a mentor or group of like-minded individuals who can share their experiences and insights with me as I navigate this exciting journey.

I am committed to putting in the work to learn, and I believe that having a mentor who can guide me through the early stages would be invaluable. If you have any advice, resources, or would be open to connecting, I’d love to hear from you!

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi LaSha. Do you have any specific questions or background on the types of fix-flip deals you want to pursue?

Fix and flip can be really time-consuming, so if you're set on doing it for your first investment, I’d recommend keeping it local. If you’re looking in other markets, I wouldn’t suggest jumping into value-add deals just yet. A better option to start with might be turnkey properties, while you take the time to build a solid, trusted team. Best of luck on your journey LaSha. Don't hesitate to ask if you have questions
