Goal

Looking for an investor to developing and build new homes. With the cost of homes steadily increasing and the housing inventory in a constant shortage, we aim to build cost efficient homes for first time home buyers and the average American family.

Mission

Working with a local company and their new pod system to build and develop homes while utilizing tax credits. Our marketing and sales department will oversee sale of the homes to both traditional home buyers and investors who are looking for turnkey rental homes. If home is purchased by investor a local management company will conduct property management for a standard management fee, this allows investors from all over the nation to continue to build their portfolio hassle free. I will maintain relationship with home owners and investors to secure resale of home at a later date.

The mission is to have our companies "hands" in all aspects of a homes life cycle. We will purchase properties using both traditional and non traditional avenues ie: FSBO, Tax lien sales, foreclosures, highly discounted, and abandoned properties. Once property is secured I will work with subcontractors for repairs as need in order to have property ready for resale or to be rented.

Role of  an Investor

As an investor your capital will be utilized to purchase new lots and as a down payment. The relationship with the lender has already been established and we are ready to break ground. Please reach out for more information.
