Any recommendations for a Property manager in Shreveport LA

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with the Shreveport LA rental market scene. I have a good 2500 sq ft SFH in Broadmoor neighborhood and the manager i picked is struggling to find a decent renter. I am an out of state investor and i don't understand what i am missing. Does anyone have suggestions that can help or a recommendation for a rock star property manager in that area.,
