Paid 'Intern' Searching for a Mentor
Hi everyone,
Not sure if I’m putting this in the correct section but I'm very new to the real estate world and looking for an opportunity where I can learn and contribute to somebody's success. I’m 16 years old and live in San Diego (La Mesa and sometimes Sorrento Valley). Although I’m just starting out, I’m a hardworking and motivated person who’s eager to gain hands-on experience and help out in any way I can.
I know real estate agents have a lot of tasks to juggle, from handling admin work to client communication and marketing. I’m looking for a paid internship where I can support someone with things like:
- Filing systems and data entry
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Organizing documents and preparing materials
- Posting on social media, updating property listings, and designing flyers
- Making phone calls, sending emails, and helping with client communication
- Doing market research
- Helping at events or open houses
- Offering client support and customer service
- Monitoring online reviews
- Overall clerical work
I’m confident that my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn would make me a great fit for your team. I may not be licensed yet, but I’m committed to gaining experience that will help me grow and eventually get licensed when I turn 18. I can work remotely or in person if you're local.
Since I’ll be putting time and energy into helping one’s business, I’d love to discuss a fair rate for the work I’d be doing. I’m open to chatting about pay and the terms of the internship to make sure it works for both of us.
If you’re looking for a motivated intern who’s ready to learn and help out with a variety of tasks, I’d love to connect. Thanks so much for considering my message—I look forward to hopefully hearing from somebody soon!
Best regards,
Megan Richard
