Looking To Partner With Michigan Real Estate Agents

Hey Michigan Agents!

I’m Sa'Mara, a real estate wholesaler, and I’m actively looking to partner with agents across Michigan—particularly in Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and surrounding areas.

I specialize in finding off-market properties, distressed homes, and other investment opportunities that could fit wholesale deals well. Here’s how we can collaborate:

  1. I bring the deals: I'm sourcing off-market properties that you can list on the MLS, market to your buyers, or use however you prefer. Whether it's a fix-and-flip or a quick sale, I have deals to bring.
  2. You bring me leads: If you have expired listings, FSBOs, or distressed properties that might be a good fit for a wholesale deal, I’d love to connect with you.
  3. Let’s discuss how we can work together: If we close on any deals, we’ll discuss an arrangement that works for both of us. I’m focused on creating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

If you're a Michigan agent who understands the value of working with wholesalers and is looking to expand your deal flow, I’d love to chat! Drop me a message or comment below to get the conversation started.

Looking forward to working with you!

Best,

Sa'Mara Roberts
