Rehab single family in Aliquippa

Hello BP Forum,

Looking for a contractor to rehab a single family home in Aliquippa PA. The house doesn't need anything structural but it needs some TLC. Just a quick insight on a few things I'm looking to do: new Kitchen,  rehab bathroom, rewire panel, fix portion of stack in the basement, new roof, some brick pointing on chimney. I have a ton of pictures and a complete scope of work. Looking to get some quotes and hopefully start a business relationship with someone in the Pittsburgh area. FYI a contractor myself so please just serious inquiries only.
