Seeking Property Manager for Midterm Rental Guidance

I’m just starting out in the midterm rental market and need guidance to get started effectively. I’ve signed up with ALE Solutions and listed my property there, but I’m not sure about the rental rates I should set or how to market it. My property is a five-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath, so I’m looking for a solid property manager who can not only manage it but also help advise me on pricing and marketing strategies.
