I'm currently working on a tool that will help fix and flippers and BRRRR investors with managing their projects. Thought it could be of huge value as I made this purely from needing it myself when I did my first fix and flip project. I managed it with spreadsheets and notepad on my phone only and used no accounting software the most part.
