Go to the local FB forums. Fly into Milwaukee and network. Nobody gives away their rolodex,
Good luck

That's true. I spent the last 15 years finding good contractors, had to deal with a lot of bad ones and that cost me more money than I ever want to think about. I know that it's the same for all investors, so you gotta find your own. Hang out at Home Depot or Menards in the morning and drive new subdivisions. We have fewer and fewer contractors in Milwaukee, especially carpenters - most of them are in their 50s and 60s.

@Mark Fink, the elusive quality work, done quickly, for a good investor price... :)
Like Bob and Marcus noted, no investor offers up their good contractors.
Cabinet and counter source... sure, no problem.
Lumber and trim supplier... here you go.
Carpenter, plumber, painter, electrician... they are going to the grave with me.
REIA groups can help. Some investors who have only done one or two flips might have stumbled on a good contractor and either don't have the deal flow or don't realize you typically don't want to share these connections.
FB is where a friend of mine, and occasional partner on flip, has helped me find contractors.
