First time investor, looking for lenders that can do commercial loans in IA, OH, IN.

Hi all, as the title suggests, I am a first-time investor looking to invest in multi-family properties in the IA, OH, and IN markets. My aim is to buy under my LLC or by under my name and transfer to LLC right away. I am looking for -

1. Brokers that specialize in off-market MFs that are CF+ 

2. Lenders that can do commercial as well as conventional loans 

3. RE-expert accountants that could help me save on taxes and advice on LLC management
