Owner won't leave the house after I bought it

Hello everyone,

I bought a house in Jackson from a wholesaler, Who stated that the house will be delivered vacant at closing.

Now the owner that lived there won't leave the house and now I believe I need to go through an eviction process.

If anyone can recommend an attorney or law firm that can help I would highly appreciate it. 

if you know of any off market forums that I can post the house there, I also would really appreciate it.
