Property Inspectors Recommendations in Buffalo Area

Hi all, 

I'm currently closing on a triplex and looking for recommendations for a very experienced property inspector that also creates those virtual walkthroughs and floorplans. It would be a HUGE plus if they can physically go on the rough to inspect and if they're experienced enough to give some rough estimates for any fixes they see as well.
