Newer construction Property

Hi everyone!

I am a newbie investor. I was looking to rent out my current townhome and purchase a new property out of state. I need financing for my new home, and one of the conditions is I need to find a tenant that will cover my current home liabilities. I got into an agreement with Doorstead due to their "Guaranteed Rent" scheme. They have not been able to find a tenant and just received an email they will no longer be able to give my guaranteed rent. My home is vacant and the closing is in two weeks.

Does anyone know a person who can potentially lease from me with a front-end incentive. This would be a great airbnb rental, as it is in a great location, minutes from the lake, 35 min from Seattle and an hour from the mountains/trails.

Any advice is much appreciated!
