I am looking to find some good mentorship groups and or mentors who would like to coach someone new to real estate investing and eager to learn from their experience and guidance. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Tripp Isenhour Be careful. Some of these coaches/mentos will take a look at your profile, read that you’re looking for cash flow and view you as an easy target to be manipulated into investing in low barrier of entry strategies while they collect their fees.

You’re also all over the place with interest in a ton of strategies. My recommendation is to take inventory of your own capabilities (finances and time) and settle on a single strategy and investment thesis. You can expand in the future but keep it simple at the beginning.  These forums provide plenty of information to assist in reaching these determinations. Once you have done so, then it would be more appropriate to find  trusted advisors. Maybe it’s a coach or mentor or perhaps it’s an attorney, accountant or realtor who is an expert in the market and investment strategy you land on.
