Looking for investors

Hi. I'm new here, and I've never posted before. However...

I just found a a 30-unit property for only $2M. It was recently remodeled. I've been inside some of the units and they're in great shape - no significant repairs needed. The property also includes enough land to build several more units at a later date. Virtually all of the units are already occupied and rent for $700-$800 each. This is too good a deal to pass up, but I have NO money! What do I do!?!?
