Hi All,

Posted the below on the general real estate forum but don't think it hurts to post on different forums....

As a Realtor i'm looking connect with the following people and experts :

- Other Real Estate Agents - would even love to discuss mentorships if anyone has the time but if not just growing this community for me would be great you never know when a referrals between colleagues can come and im specializing in the North Fork which is a large 2nd home owner market from NYC. 

- Investors / Rehabbers - You never know when i will stumble across a fantastic deal - would love to be able to keep in touch and send you market updates from my area. While off market deals may be your ideal scenario in securing an investment - lets discuss ways in which i can also possibly make that happen for you.

Personal Standpoint

- Wholesalers - i would be interested in investing outside my region should there be an opportunity in fix and flip or BRRRR. It would be amazing to start to connect and get on peoples radars.

- Hard money lenders - as i grow into this space would love have contacts in this area and look forward to working together.

I am new to it all and look forward to connecting with anyone who was once where i was. Any advice or tips really appreciated and again excited to just start jumping into a community of likeminded people.

CURRENTLY HAVE A PROPERTY I AM ANALYZING or at least i am trying too if anyone wanted to connect on the possibility of it? This is a personal venture so ideally i'm looking to join forces and learn from 1. Wholesaler to get help get this on a off market deal 2. investor / Fix and Flip to parter with and learn from. I would be willing to make less to learn the lessons with someone whose been doing this for a while.

I see so much opportunity in my region.
