2-month 210K financing needed

Hey there!

Hope everyone's doing well. I'm wrapping up the acquisition of a 5-unit multi in cash. Deadline for closing is October 31 and just yesterday 2 of our investors backed out for personal reasons. Hence I need to cover ~210K before that date. I'm evaluating taking a short-term (1 or 2 month) loan until we get new investors in. 

Any lenders out there that could help me with this?
