Looking for Partner to build a Real Estate Portfolio With

Looking to get back into the real estate industry after going through a divorce. We had a nice portfolio built up and now I'm starting back with a clean slate. I'm interested in fix and flips, BRRRR, turnkey, or whatever makes sense number wise at that time. I have capital built up, just not much free time due to my job in the Oil and Gas industry. I would like someone local and who has experience in real estate if possible. I love doing real estate, and I want to build up a portfolio as a team in the West Texas Area. Thank you!
