Looking for a 5 Bedroom Cost Efficient house plan

HI, First time posting. My husband and I bought a rental with two additional parcels. We are looking to build 2- 5 bedroom homes on them. I am trying to find a cost efficient plan that offers 5 bedrooms/2-3 bathrooms /two story/narrow (homes need to be less than 50ft wide) that we can build in Florida. I am having a hard time finding plans that meet my criteria and are cost efficient. Any suggestions?
