I have over five years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in Ocala, Florida, specializing in distressed properties. I’ve successfully managed over 70 rehab projects without a loss, handling everything from acquisition to rehab strategy and sale. Recently, I launched my own brokerage, backed by my original investors who continue to fund day-to-day operations. They prefer to keep their rehab projects distinct, except for the purchasing and listing handled by my brokerage. I’m currently seeking a local investor interested in funding rehab deals.
