Search for tax specialist for REI

Tanya Maslach
Posted

Hi all,

I've been talking with a few companies that specialize in tax strategy and tax preparation for REI's.

I'm new here to BP (and my husband and I have 1 SFH that is a long term rental), and I'm doing research now to close at least 3 mid term rental deals in 2025. (One may be in KS, MO)

Does anyone have a tax specialist they can recommend I talk with? RIght now I'm getting rates at $2000 (to do tax prep for one LLC and personal), and wondering if anyone has recommendations for others I can talk with before moving on a decision.

Thank you all!

Tanya

Hi, you've definitely came to the right place for an REI focused tax professional. While we aren't allowed to self promote on the forums, I'd recommend looking around to see who is providing value and reach out to see if they are accepting clients. Tons of good resources here!
