New here and looking for my first house hack

Hey! Glad to be here. My situation is I'm recently divorced, single dad with a daughter and looking to purchase my first multifamily home and house hack. I'm in the Anchorage market which is not cheap. But, after a lot of research, I think there are a few options out there that make sense. I'm open to all advice and insight. Thanks for all you guys do!
