STR Virtual Assistant Service

What STR virtual assistant service are you using? I've heard of extenteam, onlinejobs.ph, remotejobs.io, and am just starting the process of evaluating so I'd love recommendations. How much are you paying hourly and monthly?

I am looking for the typical virtual assistant profile where they are managing guest communications, hospitable (my PMS system), turno and the cleaners, any emergency and handyman requests, etc.. I'd want them to already have this experience.

I currently manage 4 properties (3 of them are STR) and looking to onboard more properties. If I'm able to get an assistant, I know I can take on more properties without losing quality for the high season of winter.

I found ours through Fiver years ago.  They have been with me since 2020 I believe.  I interviewed extenteam and was not impressed.  I had a good experience with CyberBacker before.  Good luck!

Micheal Sjogren with STR Secrets offers VA services for his students, and in the last year opened it up to the public. We haven't used them but heard many many good things about the VA's that come from his connections.
