Intro from Olympia/Denver

Hello all,

My Brother and I are building a duplex on some land we bought two years ago in Olympia. Plan A is to rent it out and refinance our hard money loans.

Expecting this to be the start of several houses we build and rent/sell, or various fix-and-flip projects in the Olympia, WA area.

We are looking for a good system to track expenses and do business taxes. Does anyone have recommendations for bookkeeper/accountants who work with REI investors?
