Property management software - 6 units

Hello Bp,

I currently own a 6 unit apartment building and looking for a good property management software where tenants can pay rent, I can track income/expenses, send or update leases, and handle any maintenance issues.

Iv looked at Buildium but not sure if it’s too large for just 6 units.

Any other recommendations that I could look into?
