Hi, 

Seeking PM in Springfield MA area to start ASAP (officially 11/1). Have excellent PM now who is moving out of area but can assist with transition documents.

PM handles everything (collecting rents, repairs, maintenance, etc.) except paying utilities.
Deposits to landlord net income (minus repairs, management fee) every month
Produces standard monthly report of rent collection and expenses to landlord
Good communication is a must

Deets:
Two 4-unit properties that share a driveway. 2 2BR, 2 1BR each
Fully tenanted
Near Forest Park/Belmont Heights area

Looking for 5-6 month term to start.
