Private Lender- interest only payments

I’m looking a Private Lender to Lend on 2 single family homes 3 bed & 1 bath both will be purchased subject to.

1 property ready to be rented, will be rented $1500 October 1st.

2nd need minor repairs not over 10k

Seller asking 60k each

Need about 70k for 6months
