Need Insurance Agent: STR that allows for WEDDINGS (in CA)

We allow for weddings in our STR and my current insurance carrier (Proper) will not renew. Apparently they were okay with up to 10 a year, but now we're getting closer to 15-20 events. My agent is having trouble finding anyone who will insure, so I'm hoping someone here is in a similar situation and my have some advice.

Details: property is owned by an LLC. We have umbrella insurance. We require weddings to purchase event insurance. Even still, Proper was not comfortable renewing.

Anyone have advice or any leads on a company or agent that could help us get insured?
