Need a Vacation Rental Management Tool

I’ve been managing a few vacation rentals for a while now, and I’m on the lookout for a tool that can help simplify things. Between guest communications, keeping track of bookings, and managing maintenance requests, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. 😅

What I’m really looking for is something like a Unified Inbox where I can bring together messages from all the booking platforms in one place. I need it to be simple, efficient, and easy to navigate. It would also be great if it could help with organizing tasks like maintenance, and tracking financial performance, so I can stay on top of everything without juggling multiple apps or spreadsheets.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a tool like this? I’d love to hear what’s been working for you, especially if you manage several properties.
