New Jersey lead law for rental properties

Hello Everyone.  As you may have heard there is a new lead law in New Jersey that requires us as landlords to hire a lead inpector and obtain a lead safe certificate every 2 years or tenant turnover.  I am a licensed lead Inpector in New Jersey.  Feel free to  reach out to me here if you need to book an inspection.
