Property Mgr for Med-term rentals in Tulsa

Hi All, I'm looking for a property manager in Tulsa to help turn a couple of my long term rentals into medium term rentals (for traveling nurses etc). I'm an out of town investor and am looking for help with furnishing the properties and managing them. Does anyone know of property managers that provide these services?
