Looking For Tax Professional

Hello everyone I'm looking for a new tax professional. Just a little bit about my company, we own a management company that manages around 300 units (and growing) with a couple of partnerships. About 90% of the units are our personal portfolio and the other 10% is 3rd party. Any advice or information is very much appreciated! Thank you
