Looking for Cash Buyers in Key West, FL

Hey everyone,

We were working with an investor who had plans to purchase a luxury beachfront property for 4.89m in Long Key, FL, and use our design & build firm for a complete remodel. Unfortunately, their team decided to step away from the deal, but we still believe this property has incredible potential as a high-end flip.

The wholesaler who has it under contract is currently negotiating with a buyer, but it sounds like that isn't definitive, and she has the contract until 9/13. I wanted to reach out here and see if anyone is interested or knows a buyer who’d be up for a flip like this—and potentially have us handle the renovation.

Any suggestions on where to best target buyers for this level of luxury flip? Seems like a longshot with just a week+ left on the contract, but I would appreciate any insights! Happy to send further details & pictures via DM.
