Hey there, my husband and I are currently looking for a waterfront lot at Lake of the Ozarks Mo to build a 2 bed 1 bath A-Frame as a short term rental.

I would love any lenders you have used that lend on new construction in that area. Also would you obtain $ first or get a lot under contract first?

Also open to any advice from anyone that has been through new construction for a short-term rental.
