I am looking for a lender that knows how to Refinance Sober living houses. 

Here are a few details so we can start: 

- I have a 700+ credit score. 

- the house has 15 beds in it. 

- ARV is about 340K.

- I need a long term refinance 

- the house function as a sober living house, I have lots of experience in the industry 4+ years.
