How to find wholesalers: Vermont

2x we found the deal of a lifetime but had no clue how to finance and was not aware that we could have sought out investors here on BP. The last one was 4 weeks ago. In both instances we became aware of a zoning change before the public did or even the listing agents. We are looking to find deals for wholesalers.

Are you looking to find deals for wholesalers or trying to find deals to wholesale? 

I would assume is the second one because if not it doesn't make any sense unless you are JVing 50/50
