Need Attorney in Grimes county, Texas

I have a seller that has been paying taxes on a lot for 10+ years. The lots owner was her father-in-law. The father-in-law thought that all he had to do to give her ownership would be to write it on the tax form. She is ready to sell the property but cannot without clean title. I am hoping an attorney can help her file an adverse of possession on the property. Although she is not the rightful heir. She has been taking care of it as if she is. Please let me know!
