Experienced GC looking for partner on ADU Development/Builds

Licensed GC with management experience in new construction, large scale multifamily apartment remodeling, large loss insurance restoration, and remodeling. Personally have completed two large Fix and Flips and one buy and hold property. Started my own company in 2021 and have successfully been doing large remodels and reconstruction. Looking for a partner to work on a cost plus basis for building ADU's on existing rental/ personal properties. Also interested in building small multifamily and SFH under 1800 sq ft. Open to networking opportunities, discussions about the ADU industry or related areas.
