I have a duplex in Philadelphia and have been looking for vendors who could mow the lawn in the summer and shovel snow in the winter. My yard is small, as is the walkway, so it’s really only a half-hour job for each occurrence. All the vendors I have found focus solely on commercial snow plowing for large apartment complexes. How are small landlords finding local landscaping and snow removal companies for small residential jobs in Philadelphia?
