I'm a license Realtor with KW who has partnered with a builder/developer, private lenders, and can find on/off market lands/lots to build on.

I'm looking for an investor that wants to invest their money in real estate but just don't know how.

Our homes range from $350k-$500k for sale. Our lenders, with our experience, has programs has low as 20% down for purchase and construction.

Investor will be in charge of down payment, holding cost, and start of construction (which is a draw).
