Looking for an experienced Fix&Flip Partner

Hello Investors! I've been looking to start investing in Dallas Texas and Phoenix Market(later on) but I haven't done any deal yet. However, I am looking for a savvy investor who has more experienced in fix&flip to work with. I have the money to bring to the table and He brings the knowledge and all the nitty-gritty to make it real.
