Looking for a reliable handyman, electrician & plumber in Cleveland area.

As the title states, I am looking for a a general handyman, an electrician and a plumber. I have a duplex (Maple Heights) and 3plex (Cleveland). I'd like to form a partnership, that is I'd prefer to have just ONE electrician I contact with work, ONE plumber and ONE handyman. If you can do all 3, even better! 

I have an immediate need for the duplex (handyman). One unit is currently undergoing an eviction and I suspect will require some cleanup. At the least, I am aware that the detached garage door needs repairing / replacing. 3plex will require various updates as each tenant vacates. 

Aside from what I already own, I am looking to acquire more. Next deal will be a BRRR.
