Real Estate Agent recommendations for Joplin, MO?

The results from BP's Agent Finder did not return anything when I specified the Joplin, MO area.

Any recommendations from the BP community?   

I am an out-of-state investor looking for SFH -or- small, multifamily to use as a long-term rental
