Affordable Housing & Historic Preservation - Looking for Advice, Partnership Guidance

Hello BP Community!

I have 2 properties I am looking to acquire from a family member, and convert to affordable housing units using State & Federal Tax Credits and funding. I am trying to build my team of partners and advisors who can help me through the process. Please share any recommended contacts! I'd like to try and meet the February application deadline.
