I am looking for a licensed and insured general contractor to work with on light to medium flips in the Dallas area. Preferably someone who has done a lot of flips that are verifiable. I will be looking for references as well. If that’s you please contact me

No GC license in Texas.  Great GC are always the bottleneck around here.

You might stop by projects in your target area and get cards and check quality.
