Looking to build my knowledge related to short term rentals. Looking to acquire one in the twin cities market for both revenue generation and to utilize when I am back to purchase a LTR or to stay at when I am performing tenant turnovers of our LTR portfolio (which happens periodically). Versed investor, however, STR I have not touched.
