DSCR lender $75k and under?

Hey guys,

I’m buying a lot in the St. Louis, IL, OH and GA areas. Any one have a reputable dscr lender that can fund under $75k price points? Striking out on the previous references I’ve seen. I’ll need a reputable dscr for personal buying as well as referring wholesale deal buyers to (majority of my buyers used dscr loans and either have previous real estate experience or none at all).
