Hey all, fairly new to BP & contributing to the community (so I hope to provide some value).  I have 5 units in Cleveland on the west side and have owned them for roughly a year.  I really want to learn more about developing and building 2-4 units (or larger), and have access to capital to put down.  I would love to connect & network to meet quality contractors and builders in the Cleveland area who would be recommended for projects in the future.
