Owner Occupied HELOC on 4 units

I am looking for a lender that offers an equity line on a 4unit property I owner occupy. I read a previous post about TD bank offering them on non oo but they are not in my state of Utah. I have called a few locals and portfolio lenders but to no avail as of yet. Any direction would be great, thanks!
