Seeking Connections and Referrals in Palm Beach County

Martins Francis
Posted

Hi All,

I'm looking to connect with investors, PMs, contractors, and architects in the Palm Beach County area. My partner and I are considering a project involving a 10+ bed assisted living facility that was previously a 3-4 unit property. Our goal is to convert it back to a 3-4 unit property for long-term and short-term rentals.

Currently, I reside in Washington DC and I'm not very familiar with the permit processes and requirements in this area. Therefore, I'm seeking to connect with investors and other professionals who are familiar with this market. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate any referrals for architects, contractors, and PMs who can assist with this project.

All suggestions, advice, and counsel are most welcome.

Thank you!
